"You'll never guess what London's girls do in their lunch hours!" exclaims the dvd box. So while taking a reasonably well educated guess, the disc quickly found its way into my dvd player. One thing is for sure, going to your local market will never be the same again. But will Pound A Punnet be the best thing since strawberries and cream or more like grandma's leftover sprouts from last christmas?

Producer and director Anna Span wastes no time cherry picking her first couple of market traders. A few minutes of "getting to know you" at the beginning of each scene and then you are taken adeptly and subtley into the action. And it's sexy, damned sexy in fact, without being "in your face" vulgar. What's more nothing is left to the imagination. All the girls are attractive while having a strong presence and enthusiasm for getting down and dirty!

I couldn't help but giggle when one of the chicks was wearing thermal underwear, never have a pair of long johns been so sexy! Don't take my word for it, see it and decide for yourself. The lack of vegetables is a blessing, but there is a genererous allotment (sorry!) of sex toys finding their way into the proceedings.

With a running time of nearly two hours and five scenes of pure girl on girl action to tickle your fancy, there is certainly value for money here. By the fourth scene things were getting a bit hot and I had an innate problem writing my notes for this review. Getting to the end of this film can be a major challenge, but for all the right reasons! :p

Now I know I have cream in the fridge, but I think I need to pop to the market for some strawberries ;)
