If you watch it long enough, you see that it spins one direction for a while, then there's a hesitation for like a split second and then it spins the opposite direction. It has nothing to do with brain function or sexuality. It is supposed to be intriguing, so you click on the ad it is promoting.

No she goes both ways - If you keep the picture central on your page and then look at the top of the screen (say to the address bar on your internet browser) you'll still see the dancer moving even though she's out of focus. When she extends her arm or leg outwards, imagine that she's slowing down and she will start going in the opposite direction. It works for me anyway...
