When I started in Television I never realised that I would end up looking for gorgeous inspirational women to take part in a life changing experience on Channel 4. After my years of toil on boring shows, I have now landed the job of my dreams and have the opportunity to go out the stunning Cook Islands and take part in Shipwrecked; a show which takes a group of young people to a deserted island and shows them how to live as if shipwrecked.

It is now my unenviable (LOL) task to cast lovely gay women to be on the show as this year we are really keen to find people outside the normal ‘shipwrecked’ cast. We are looking for exceptional people to cast away on the idyllic Cook Islands and have the experience of a lifetime - learning to build accommodation, cook island style and work as a team. As someone who is an inspiration for other young women - I'm sure the team would benefit from your resourcefulness and ideas.

So come along ladies, who would like the experience of a lifetime, get brown, make friends for life and test every part of you to the max!!! I can’t wait to get out to the island, can you? People need to be free from the end of August 2008 and all applicants need to be over 18.

OH MY, i SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO wanna go on shipwrecked!!! i watched it religiously last year coz theres so many fit lads on it ;P they propa turn me on ;) especially that ADAM. i saw him at clothes show live. FUCK ME hes hot!!! so yeah, tap back bbz :)

I love the way every post on here is an attempt to audition, when this isnt even a channel 4 website. LOL. Whoever said kids these days were dumb? FYI, apparently shipwrecked has been cancelled this year, which is a real shame.

Hey has anybody found out how to apply for shipwrecked 2010 yet?? if nobody has would be able to e-mail me the details as ive always wanted to apply just never got around to it, done a bit fo travelling the last 6 months and can't wait to leave again, any info would be much appreciated.......

what an experience that would be,
im 18 full of engery and highly entertaining,
my dream is to become and actress :) ..
and slowly getting there, but nothing would compare with this! .. im an out there girl,
