I have this friend who is basically a dating disaster, she is pretty, confident and funny, I bet she is sounding like a real catch, right? I can't for the life of me work out where she is going wrong, but all her relationships seem to run a similar cycle. Being the good friend that I am, I decided to catalogue the cycle in the desperate hope that maybe someone else can pin point whats going wrong with her relationships ...

Sounds like your standard needy lesbian to me lol... Maybe instead of meeting all these girls on the internet she should be out there meeting people, socializing, leaving it to chance the people she might meet. I mean think about it if she's out doing things she enjoys say for arguments sake watching a band... and meets someone... straight away you know you've got something in common... The only thing you probably have in common meeting all these people on gaydar is that your both sat in too much logging on at the same time! Not only that but your dates will also dertimine quicker whether that person is right for you before getting all emotionally attached becuase you spent the last month staying up until 2.30am in the morning giving swapping your life stories.... She needs to get out and meet people and in the mean time this is quality time with your friends... Mayben then it wont be so easy to give them up next time.... and stop whinging on FB lol

Far too much interdependancy and not enough independance happening.
2 needy people jump into relationship = a turbulant relationship of tears and broken hearts.
2 people who are cumfortable in their own skin meet = a time of sharing, treating and loving. A good stepping stone, even on ending, a skill of knowing you can be on your own enables you to get through it easier and re embrace life with excitement for your next journey.
