Depends on the degree and if it's sexual in nature and about one specific person in your life. I don't think it's cheating though .. but I would consider it as an emotional affair. Cheating to me is an action.

Thats fair enough, i have never really thought of it as cheating but as i've got older more and more people tell me they think it is.
