I read the book b4 I saw the series & absolutely loved it. I think I kind of love the show even
more, even though there were some changes within the characters I think all of them done
brilliant jobs at portraying what they were really about & what they stood 4.
I am, a
straight 16 year old girl & I think its amazing at how many relevant issues sugar rush deals
with 4 teenagers of this generation (even if some of it was slightly over exaggerated :P) - the
drugs, drink, relationship problems with friends/family/partners, trying to find who you really
are ect ect. And because of this it had broad range of viewers of all ages, races &
sexualities. I know this word is used a lot but sugar rush really was refreshing to watch & I
genuinely do think it was bad idea to cancel it. So pleeeeeeeeeaase bring back SUGAR RUSH! lol

Sugar Rush is such a great show! The storyline, the actors, the music. I can't get enough, I
love it so much! I wish it had been on TV when I started to realize I was attracted to girls at
age 14. I am now 20 yrs. old and I just discovered the show 2 years ago on BBC-Kids. I'm happy
to contribute an e-mail in hopes of another season. It would be so awesome to actually meet
the girls of Sugar Rush! PS. Olivia Is Sooo Sweetly Hott!!!

Sugar rush is the best thing since sliced bread...literally! Even if they couldn't create a
whole new sereis how about a one off to tie up some loose ends? They did leave u son a bit of a
cliffhanger! Also, Channel 4 you big losers....Big Brother is SHIT lol didn't only 40 people
turn up for the Newcastle auditions?! Lets face it Sugar Rush is a lot more educational,
relateable (think just made that word up!) and more INFLUENTIAL. I'm pretty sure Channel 4
could do with stopping endless repeats of Friends and Scrubs, stop Big Brother altogether
because all you ever really see is people sitting on their arses and the sounds of birds etc.
BECAUSE its mind numbingly, brain shrinkingly, nauseatingly, stab your own eyes with needles -
AWFUL. Yeah you might say its nothing to do with Big Brother but you know each episode of Sugar
rush is what 25 mins max? I think there may be a little room for that. On a final note - Sugar
Rush = Greatness

this show has done so much to help me accept myself for who i am. i know it's only a television
show, but the first time i saw it i realised that just because i was gay didn't mean i was a
freak and learned to not be ashamed of myself. i dearly love this show, and would be overjoyed
if it was brought back for a third season.
also, olivia hallinan is an extremely talented
actress!

It seriously needs to be brought back, cos it is the best show on tele, and covers a very
important subject, which no other channels really want to discuss. it is a hilarious programme,
has amazing actors and actresses, and Olivia Hallinan is the most beautiful sexy hottest girl

How come that such a tasteless crap as Big Brother can win such a big audience as to squeeze
away Sugar Rush from Channel 4. I had started to think "Well done, Channel 4, the only channel
who really cared about the theme enough to allocate a slot", before I learnt the real reason
about its cancellation. It does not do much credit to you, dear Channel 4. But still we all
hope you could reverse it.

i can't believe sr has been cancelled. are channel 4 out of their frickin minds? i think so! i
personally don't have any problems with my sexuality i love women! but i know quite a few
lesbians who have had such a hard time coming to terms with their sexuality! i think sr has
helped an awful lot of younger people relate to problems and confront their fears related to
coming out and it's a bloody shame that it is ending. being a lesbian, your life and
experiences don't end when you move in with your girlfriend they are just beginning. the show
could have continued alot further than it already has and it could've covered a wide range of
topics related to growing up as an out lesbian! if it were not for the ignorant people at Ch4,
who say it could not have went any further? I ask, could another channel not pick the show up
from where it left off?

for us lol! perhaps if someone did get picked it would make a difference as to whether the show

i'm gonna say it again......this show was so amazing!!! there was a core of us in America who
couldn't get enough of the show. we found ways to play the dvds even though they're not the
same format and i invested a bit of money on a region free dvd player just so i can see it on
my television screen and not only my computer. it was a BIG mistake to cancel the show because,
even though we have the L word, there's no show that can compare to the honest-to-god feelings
that Kim and Sugar went through.

I'm having a really crap time with my family in Wales at the mo and this interview has cheered
me up just a bit! Olivia and Lenora are both stunning and I was gutted when I found out they
were straight in real life and now the show is facing the chop?!?! How much torture do you wish
to inflict on me?! If this happens I simply refuse to watch channel four ever EVER again! Sugar
Rush is the only thing they've got going for them. I mean, who the hell cares about Big Brother
anymore and as for the munters in Hollyoaks...please! I'm quite attatched to my eyesight

Like others can't wait for part two.
Interesting to read how they both auditioned for the
role and how they got into the parts, (Brad Pitt *lol*) it just shows on screen and off screen
how much the crew got on and did amazing work that to many mean't so much.
Again the
dropping of Sugar Rush was conversation in our production office. (Yeah working on a bank
holiday sucks!) To say it has run in course is such a foolish thing there was so much season 3
could offer I'm sure.
I think Shine should pitch it somewhere else!

i think sugar rush series 1 and 2 ruled. they were very accurate especially sereis 2, just how
it showed that sumtimes we get scared of commitment and worried about ex's etc and even
sumtimes make mistakes but it shows that you can work thorough it all and end up with some
great mates and a great girl and not be totally messed up like some people beleive we all are
lol

Hey!!

I loved part 1 of the interview, i can't wait for part 2! Even though it has
been a couple of weeks now since it was announced Sugar Rush was ending, i still can't accept
it. I love the show, it is fantasic in so many ways and reading this interview has made me
realise just how much i will miss the whole Kizza/Sugar relationship, not to mention Kim
fabulous dysfunctional family. I can't wait to hear your views on it xxx
